I hoping there is someone in this community to help me with an issue. I am hugely frustrated talking to the support admin regarding this.
I am a licensed user of teamviewer 13.2.5287. This version is installed on both my PCs. Two weeks ago I stopped connecting to my home PC from my office PC.
When I try to connect to my home PC. I see "incoming connection..." message and then the message "Protocol Negotiation failed. Try again!" and it doesnt connect after that.
Can anybody please help?
