I can't get Screen view request

Hi.

Due to Covid19, I work from home by connecting to my laptop remotely through the teamviewer. While working today, I set my personal password remotely and then tried to connect remotely again, but suddenly I got a pop-up that my partner had to allow remote connections. I can't allow this pop-up because I connected remotely. Why is this pop-up suddenly popping up? Also, my company is far away from my house. Is there a way to solve it without going to work?

Please help me...

Do you have any colleagues that could allow the remote connection to see if that sorts your problem out?
