TeamViewer asking for passwords

We use Teamviewer for our team to remotely access computers at all of our sites.

Out of all of the computers, 2 of them always ask 2 of our team members for the password on the screen even though Teamviewer is set for remote access.

Any ideas on how to fix it, it'd very frustrating!

Hello @SimonAldridge,

you could set up the unattended access again by disabling it. You might want to completely reinstall TeamViewer and do the set-up again to see if the submission of a ticket is even needed.

However, there is the option of creating a ticket for you. So they can help you better because they have more insight into your data.
