Hi,

I have two Macbooks and have installed Team Viewer version 14.748671 in both.

When I want to connect, the message "Version out of date: Update the remote Team Viewer" keeps popping up.

When I update the Team Viewer software to 15 - the Macbook does not install the software. I do not want to upgrade my MacOS to Mojave or Big sur.

Please advise what to do.

Hello @OliOh,

The latest supported TeamViewer version for macOS High Sierra is 15.19. Full list of supported operating systems here:

Therefore, you should just update to the latest supported version to solve your problem. Please find additional information how to properly control a Mac in the following article:

Thanks for your help which is much appreciated.

However, I have not been able to find Team Viewer version 15.19 as you indicated for High Sierra.

I tried downloading version15.20 but my MacOS High Sierra does not accept this version.

What do I do now?
