Downloaded latest v15.20 for home iMac (Catalina), but cannot connect to remote Mac (Big Sur). Error: "Either partner isn't connected to the internet, or partner's Teamviewer is not running"
- Other Teamviewer users can connect to this remote Mac
- While on site with the remote Mac, I loaded TV on a PC laptop and then connected to my iMac at home, then did a screen share with my Mac Mini right next to it, and then Teamviewered back to the remote Mac (Big Sur) and got right in.
- Took that PC laptop home and tried to connect, same error.
So, the fact that other's can connect to the remote Mac (Big Sur) makes unlikely port/IP issues there. The fact that PC gets same error makes unlikely Mac OS or configuration issues with the home Macs.
That I can connect while remotely controlling the home computers, but not able to connect when sitting physically in front on it has me totally baffled. Any suggestions?
