You have raised our subscription amount by 2x, no notice, no invoice, no anything. Just a charge to our Paypal account. Furthermore, your support keeps redirecting us to customer portal to which we are not able to login (activation link is never received). Not to mention that we stopped counting times when TV did not work properly and we could not use it.
This is really shady business practice and not a way to keep your customers happy. Please cancel our subscription (we already found great alternative that actually works when we need it and for a fraction of the price you charge) and refund the unauthorized fee that you charged us.
