I upgraded Mac from High Sierra to Big Sur. TeamViewer 12 will no longer work on Big Sur.
I installed [Third party product] on the Mac and plan to use this for remote control. TeamViewer remote control is integrated into the [Third party product] product.
However I need to remove TeamViewer 12 from the Mac. These are the steps I took trying to uninstall , but unsuccessfully. Can someone help me to uninstall TeamViewer 12 from Mac?
First: right click on Teamviewer application and send to trash. I get message that TeamViewer is already running and cannot be moved to trash
Second: Try to kill the process thru Activity Monitor. Try to kill the process thru terminal . Run sudo ps -ax | grep Team to see TeamViewer processes running. If I kill the process it only restarts immediately.
Thirdly: Coming to conclusion that it is controlled by some daemon process.
Running 'launchctl list' does not show any startup processes for TeamViewer.
