We created a new Quick Support module, but we cant connect when the client opens it. What are we doing wrong?

There's no message. When the client opens the quick support and the helpdesk tries to connect, On the helpdesk side it says "waiting for confirmation" and nothing appears on the client side to for them to allow the connection.
I am running V15. I created the QS module and sent to to the client. The client doesn't need to have Tv installed.
And I am talking to the client on skype, so yes there is internet connection on both sides.
Could you tell me if that error continues with a newly created module?
Please check your internet connection on both sides. In addition to that, check for updates and update it to the latest version.
