Hello all,
A few weeks ago, I installed the android 11 update on my Samsung Galaxy A21s.
Since then I cannot remote support with QuickSupport on that phone.
There is some type of connection though, since when I try to connect when the app is inactive, I get the message that I cannot connect because the phone is not connected to the Internet or the app has not started.
However, when I connect when the app is active, I get the message that I cannot connect because of an unknown reason.
I already tried to reinstall the app on the phone, but that did not make any difference.
Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this?
