How can I see what tickets I have sent in the past 2 months?
Hi guys! I have sent a ticket in June 2021 and I really need the ticket number for reference, but I cannot see it in my emails, would it be possible, to check it anyhow?
I spoke to Customer Service on the phone he just kept repeating that I need a ticket number. He would not look up on the system with customer account number or other customer identification.
Any suggestions would be welcome!

I can't seem to find any tickets you've created with your current account. You could simply submit a ticket asking for them.

Would you be able to check it again? and the emails too? by the customer (please do never post private information) as I might have not sent it from under my name but rather on our company's.

Either way, I cannot see any tickets created. Your best option would be to contact our support, as they can look at far more details of you than I do.
