I work from home and when I try to access my work computer it does not connect. It says that the connection is not open.
How can I keep the connection open all the time.

Please make sure TeamViewer is up-to-date on both devices. Additionally, check out your firewall settings and open the ports TeamViewer uses. You can find those here:
