It's been almost a week already, and I still haven't received my license after I had purchased. I cheked, several times, all folders in my mail, but there is no License activation email. In the message it says that I would recieve an email within a day, but it's been almost a week already, what seems to be the problem?
P.S. to submit a help ticket you need a license. -> to get one I need to submit a help ticket....
Well designed system, what could I say. It's just screaming screw our customers.
