Remote computer changes TeamViewer password everytime the computer is restarted

I am having a trouble with Team Viewer. Everytime the remote computer is restarted, its Team Viewer password changes. Hence, I cannot access the remote computer using the old password. This problem has happened since I activated the new license. I had used TeamViewer before but did not experience this problem at that time. Could you pls show me how to make the remote computer's TeamViewer password unchanged when I restart the computer?

The password is changing because you are most probably using the random password.

You have several ways to connect to your remote computers:

1. Easy access: With this feature, no password has to be configured beforehand and you can easily log in to your device when you are logged in to your TeamViewer account.
2. Personal password: Fixed password predefined by you on remote computers, which will allow you to connect to your computers at any time)
3. Random password: You can select if or when you want TeamViewer to generate a new random password for incoming sessions (Very useful for spontaneous interventions)

In your case, I personally would recommend using Easy Access.
