Hi!
The problem is that for my second account I didn`t get any activation link.
And I was trying to resend it from PC application but I got no email.
I looked for emails in each folder (including spam folder), there aren`t any emails from TeamViewer! My second account`s mail client doesn’t have TeamViewer domain in a black list as well as my internet service provider.
Also, I can`t use web version of TeamViewer Management Console because the only trusted device I have is a PC application. When trying to add my browser as a trusted device – I still got no email…. Due to the same reason, I can`t get even an email for password resetting.
I have already seen many discussions on this topic in TeamViewer Community but no one of them helped me.
Are there any new ways to resend an activation email?
Otherwise, could somebody from support team contact me in PM to solve this problem?
