I used to get a window that asked me to unmute but I don't seem to get that now. I am using a Windows 10 computer and a Plantronics headset. I have checked for updates and my TeamViewer is up to date.
Hello @Paul-Burton,
Would you please check your Sound settings on both ends, if the correct device is selected and used for your microphone as well as your speaker?
Furthermore, I'd like you to go to Extras → Options → Remote Control Tab and select Play computer sounds and music, when using TeamViewer Meeting go to the Meeting Tab and select Share computer sounds and music.
Let me know if that seems to be correct, so we can try additional steps.
Best,
Justin
Thanks, Justin I have made those adjustments so hopefully, it will work next time. My father has had to go into hospital for heart surgery so when he comes out I should be able to check it with him. Do you have a way I can test it similar to Skype i.e. I can call Skype test call leave a message and it is played back to me. My headphones and microphone work fine on Skype. Am I able to test it on TeamViewer in a similar way?
