I tried signing in and a alert comes up,
saying: Please activate the checkbox to prove that you're human. and there's no box!!

The notification/option of activate the checkbox to prove that you're human is actually the reCaptcha on the Internet explorer.
Can you kindly try to login TeamViewer account on a different internet browsers like Google Chrome and FireFox and clear the caches on your internet browser please.
