login.teamviewer.com/LogOn Performed the upgrade on the pc and my license was changed to free. I logged in to and was able to click on Legacy License Key Activation and the license now reads business.
But the teamviewer app on my pc after upgrading to version 15 still says free account. I cannot connect to the pcs that I manage much less create quick remote sessions.
I removed tv completely, reinstalled it and the result is the same. How to fix this?
You create instructions to upgrade but the license gets downgraded to free.
