I used to validate a remote connection to my second computer using the teamviewer mobile app on my OnePlus smartphone.
Last week I had to reset that smartphone because of a buggy update. I reinstalled all applications but now that I try to connect remotely to my second computer, Teamviewer shows it as accessible but then it remains "orange" during the authentication and the connection does not happen.
I imagine it is waiting for the validation on my smartphone, but nothing shows up and I don't know how to re-enable that feature.
Can someone help me please?
