Hi all
my elderly mother sensibly employs an IT consultant to help her with IT issues. He uses a customised professional Teamviewer. Very occasionally I need to help her with simple things like her online banking. The free Teamviewer client says it won't connect to a customised install, although it did give me a few minutes to sort our her recent problem. Is it possible to have two Teamviewer instances on my mother's PC, one customised, one free?
