I paid for a subscription so I can dial into a computer at work. it allowed 3 device access access
every time I log in from either of the 3 devices it times out after 10-15 seconds.
I can see when I open the management console it does still say free license but i can see that i have definitely paid for it ( details below )
I have made sure I am on the latest version
1x TeamViewer Remote Access
Access to 3 devices
Online Support via TeamViewer Community and Support Portal, no support via phone
Contract period: 22-Jun-2021 - 21-Jun-2022
why do i keep getting blocked or timed out with a paid service.
im ready to cancel my subscription im that frustrated LOL
