Got 2 TeamViewer accounts but for one of them I cannot get the trusted device email through

I have 2 TeamViewer accounts one is for remotely connecting into sites and the other to connect to users.


I have not signed into this one account before so cannot open the management console via the TeamViewer desktop application , and cannot get the trusted devices email through. Both emails attached to the accounts are different but on the same mail domain. 1 of the trusted emails go through straight away and the other never hits our email domain.


Any help would be much apricated!
