Tried to use TeamViewer this weekend to help my sister with an email problem.
She went to the TeamViewer site, downloaded, installed. Upon first launch, she gets a garbled screen that we don't know what to do with.

Have uninstalled and re-installed. No change.
Brand new laptop, presuming latest version of Windows.
Whatever TeamViewer version is being handed out from the TeamViewer.com main page.

Please reply this message which TeamViewer version and operating system you are using.
15.21.8 is a newest TeamViewer version, please kindly to install it from here.
