Activation delay

Hi all,

Having spent a considerable amount of money on a license, I now find myself waiting for the activation email before I can get on with essential work on a remote machine. How long do license activations normally take - I made the purchase a few hours ago, beginning of the day UK time. Do i need to wait for humans in the US to wake up? Obviously I'd submit a ticket, but I can't submit a ticket because my license isn't activated...

    The activation email is usually sent very fast after the purchase.

    I would recommend checking your spam and junk folder; and if you did not receive anything, I would advice contacting our Customer Support by phone or online chat.
