Why is my dashboard display messed up?

I have been using Teamviewer to help my grandparents for a while, and it's been working well until last week when I opened the app on my pc. The text is gone and the display doesn't look good. I've tried to uninstall and download the app again but the problem still hasn't solved. please see the attached photo and advise

Please check your graphic settings, to make sure if they're up-to-date.

Let me know if updating your graphic drivers, fixed it for you.
