Received a credit today for a 6-month old unresolved ticket, now BLOCKED from using the client???!!!

15.21.8 is the current version but when I try to access my custom host modules, chats go through about 50%, I connect to the screen then first told SESSION TIMED OUT followed by BLOCKED.
