hello, is there any settings to be made when connecting from a mobile device who has a external mouse connected to a PC?

i m asking because i m connecting from a tablet with a external mouse on it, and i cannot use the external mouse on the remote PC via teamviever. i can use only tablet touch screen like mouse.

Thank you for contacting TeamViewer Community.

The full remote control is only available with a certain number of manufacturers.

Please kindly to check if your Android device is part of the compatibility list from here : Supported Android devices for full remote control.
