Connects but only see a splash screen

Hello,

The Teamviewer connects and will control the remote PC, But all I see is a gray splash screen.

The things I did to try to repair are,

uninstall Teamviewer, Delete the program file folder, went into regedit and deleted folders following the uninstall instrustions and reinstalled still no luck.

Does this occur when connecting to any device, or just with this one?

In any case, I would recommend restarting the TeamViewer service on your computer.

If this does not solve the issue, you will need to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote computer as well.
