What did not I receive the activate code after purchasing ? Can I use this code for different email

* I HAVE PURCHASE TeamViewer Business 1 licensed user that can start connections from 3 designated devices
* Access to unlimited devices
* 1 concurrent connection (channel) 
* Up to 3 concurrent sessions per channel in separate tabs
* 200 managed devices
* 1 organizer that can host a meeting with 10 participants
* Why didn't I receive the activate code ?
* And I will use this activate code for different email, is it ok ?
