How can I remote access into my 86 year old mother's laptop without asking her for the password?

My mom is 86 and gets a bit confused when I have to keep asking her for the password that is shown on her screen on her end. I had by-passed this step at one point but now it keeps asking again. She is 86 and not too technical which is the entire reason I need to remote in to assist her without her having to do anything from her end. Help! Thank you!

just create a Team Viewer account, and then add your mother's pc/id to your account...after that she won't have to give you her password anymore, you can just connect when you need to

I already have accounts created for my mom and I but it began to ask for a password even though I have done the easy access, etc. It didn't used to ask for a password but now it does and I can't seem to figure out how to change it back to not needing a password. Thanks!
