I'm connected (in the other side can see my mouse) but I don't see the remote screen,

Good morning,

I had a permanent licence to temviewer 7.00 and, recently, I was obliget to change to Teamviewer 15. I install the old licence and I see that is valid till 01/2023. After instalation, on my pc, Windows 10, I don't see animore any remote sreen. I connect easy but I haven't any remote ontrole because I don't arrive to see the remote screen. I only see a screen like this screenshot. What's App?

Can you please double check and make sure to have the latest TeamViewer version on both sides of the connection?

What operating system is used on the remote side?
