where do you find your account payment info to check if credit card is correct for renewal

You can confirm payment information from Customer Portal. In order to access to Customer Portal, it requires to activate Customer Portal via activation link.
If you cannot find the Customer Portal activation link, please contact Customer Support team directly. Before calling Customer Support, please prepare your order number or invoice number.
