Cannot Connect to TV 15

Installed TV 15 (free) on Windows PC - set up with easy access and static password. Can connect to PC via iPad (free), but when attempting to connect to PC from PC with TV 15 business, every password is incorrect. That is absolutely impossible, so I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

For your connection on A(admin device) -> B(remote deice),Can you kindly check the following setups please

1) The setup for easy access have been completed on the remote device

2) the account used for easy access setup is the same one you have signed in on the admin device
