Unable to remotely connect to Lenovo Tab M10 TB-X606FA tablet

We are using TeamViewer v11 and downloaded Teamviewer Host on our Lenovo Tab M10 TB-X606FA tablet and are unable to remotely connect. The tablet does appear in our list on Computers and when we click on it we can see tablet details, however, when we click on "Remote Control" nothing happens. Is there an add-on we need to download for Teamviewer Host for this specific tablet?

Please kindly to check you are initiated the connection by using Remote control using password.

If you have selected Remote control prompt for confirmation, TeamViewer asks the connection confirmation to the end-user. Therefore, it won't establish the connection until the end-user confirmed your connection request.

In order to prevent this, easy access is also available on Host module. For more details, please read the instruction from this article - TeamViewer modules .

If you are using Remote control using password, could you try to install Universal Add-on for Android please?

Thank you for your response @Akiho_S. We are not using Remote control using password, however, nothing appears on the tablet's end to approve connection. We have also tried downloading the Universal Add-On but no luck. The same thing happens whether we try to connect via Teamviewer Host or Teamviewer Quicksupport with and without the add-on. We have set up and connected to dozen's of Samsung tablets in the past but this issue seems to be Lenovo specific. Any other ideas?
