Cannot Access some of my partners

Why is it that I can double click some of my partners and gain immediate access to that screen and yet some of my partners ask for a password?

All of my partners are my business computers which I sometimes need access to from home or whilst I am away.

Any help would be appreciated.

So let's start from the beginning.

In TeamViewer, you need to set up "how you want to connect" for each remote computer.

You have 3 main ways to connect to a computer. All the ways are good, they have all their pros and cons. It just depends on which situation you are in.

I could read through your post that you wish to connect via double-click. This is great because it's one of the 3 main ways we absolutely recommend: The Easy Access

Easy access is the most secure and convenient way to connect and is perfectly designed for remote connections you do on a regular basis.

Set up Easy Access on your remote computers

Basically, you will need to repeat this procedure for each computer you want to connect to with a double-click.
