Im trying to install TeamViewer on my mothers laptop ink another state

Windows is not allowing it to be installed from Edge and MS store only opens to enter your partners ID. it doesnt give her the option to sign in. ive entered the number that comes up when she is trying to connect to me but T V says that it is not connected

what do i need to do now

Have you already tried a different browser to install TeamViewer? Additionally, I'd like you to install the latest version supported on your system.

Also, let me know if you receive any error messages and attach a screenshot of them, if possible.
