We have a user who is working remotely, and anything they print via the TeamViewer print server is printing 2-sided.
2-sided printing has been disabled via the printer's drivers and the 3rd party application (Word, Adobe, Etc)
- When they print to this printer from the local computer, it prints 2 pages on 2 sheets of paper.
- When they print to this printer from the remote computer via TeamViewer, it prints 2 pages on 1 sheet of paper.
TeamViewer is forcing duplex mode, and I cannot see a way to shut it off. Any suggestions?
