Hello,
i received an invoice for a whole new year of Team Viewer for my wife's account, but we only used team viewer for a small period during corona. So we certainly don't need a renewal.
I found the information that I first had to delete theaccount. So I deleted our account. But then it says that deleting the account does not mean that the subscription is cancelled.
Now I am trying to cancel my subscription but that is impossible because I no longer have an account ! Difficult !!!
And when I want to ask in this chatbox how to cancel my subscription, I first have to create an account to be part of the community ...
So, my question : HOW CAN I INSTANTLY CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION because I no longer use it and my account is deleted, so Teamviewer can check that I don't use the account.
