Hi @Kelleysmith,

Thank you for posting on TeamViewer Community!

TeamViewer v11 license can be activated on up to 3 device at the same time. Kindly login to TeamViewer Management Console with your TeamViewer account, you may find Edit profile -> License -> Devices -> add the additional ID. If you would like to replace the current IDs, kindly deactivate the particular ID then add the designate on please.

Additionally, please ensure that both devices are running the match version of TeamViewer too.
