I have opened a support ticket requesting to cancel my Business teamviewer subscription way before my renewal date. I tried to call their support number 1-800-638-0253, going through the prompts to get to the right number only puts you on hold for a long time then the line disconnects. Trying to find the support link to post a ticket to request cancellation takes effort. There is no regard to making it easy for customers to find. I was able to finally put in a support ticket but after two days the ticket status only says processing. Why does it take this long to process it? Don't you have enough resources to take care of customers?
