I have recently purchased Team Viewer after having the free trial, however I can not seem to remove the free account (cuts me off from the remote computer within minutes and I need longer - hence buying an account).
I go to support to create a ticket, however it then automatically brings me to the Community page. I would like technical support that I have paid for.
