Good morning,
I currently use the free TeamViewer account for personal use. I use it to remote onto my father's home PC so that I can play YouTube videos for him as he is a profoundly disabled elderly pensioner who is unable to use his PC unassisted. The problem I am having, is that as soon as I log out of a remote session, my father is then seeing the "thanks for playing fair" comment window in the middle of the screen which blocks the view of the YouTube video that I have just started to play for him. He is unable to get rid of this window himself, and I don't appear to be able to disabled the "Show Comment window after each session" option. Surely there must be an alternative other than upgrading to a business licence?
