I connect to an iphone over the internet. I see the iphone screen but the session ends before we can get anywhere. Trying to see an elderly persons phone to help them...and I can't.
I have the same problem. Is this because my TeamViewer QuickSupport is on a free licence?
I've had this issue as well. I believe the root cause is that the microphone is in use during the phone call and then TeamViewer is trying to use the microphone as well. I've gotten around the issue by having the person call me on a different phone and then I can remote into the iPhone without getting disconnected after around 1 minute. You could also potentially use the VOIP function of TeamViewer QS to talk to the person on the iPhone as well.
To be clear, this has worked for me a few times but it's not a solve all process.
