TeamViewer QS applet crashes, when trying to send a message to host, using the Chat feature

As soon as the customer we are controlling tries to send us a message (after successfully connecting, using the TeamViewerQS applet), the applet crashes. This obviously ends the remote session with the customer.

It does not matter what operating system the host is on, but the customer must be using an macOS system. We cannot reproduce the crash if the person being controlled does not use the TeamViewer QS applet, and instead downloads the full TeamViewer client instead.

We have reproduced this when the person being controlled is using macOS 10.14.6, 10.15.7, 11.6 and 12.0.1.

In all cases we are using the latest version of the TeamViewer host application (on the host side) - 15.23.9 I believe.
