I need a BIG HELP!!!
I do have a personal laptop in USA and that has assigned with a Partner ID. I used to login to that laptop from other place from my another personal laptop. Whenever I tried to take control with the Partner ID and Password (already fixed) the Teamviewer used to send a notification to my mobile and if I click "allow" on that notification then my USA laptop allow me to take the control. Now the problem is yesterday I reset my mobile and reinstall the Teamviewer. But now when I try to take control of my USA Laptop and after put the password it is showing authenticating but neither allowing me to take control nor showing any error. Please HELP!
