Why cant I un-tick the'show comment window after each session?

To get your problem solved I'd like you to tell me the following, do you have a company profile enabled for your license?
In a company profile, the company administrator should be able to disable the comment window after each session, as well as other greyed-out options on your device.
PS: Please refrain from posting personal data in a public forum (e.g. e-mail) 😉

Hi Justin, thanks for the reply. It is a company profile. I just now need to find who is admin to amend this setting for me .
