Number of managed devices

Hi,

i've recently had a problem with number of managed devices, it was way over the quantity that the license allows me to have. I've cleaned up all managed devices and reduced them to minimum due to the fact that there was a lot of inactive or old PC's.

Now, after three days i can't check if my managed devices number is good or if here is still too many.

Is there any way to check it?

I checked with ours and we have 1000 but like many say, old computers will need to be cleaned out. What occurs if you go over that number? anyone? Also can anyone answer if there is a way to increase that number?

Thanks for reaching out! Glad to hear you could use the chance and clean up your lists from old and inactive IDs.

The Managed device widget is currently reworked and the exact timing when it will show the actual usage again is not defined as far as I know. But I think, rather sooner than later.

It depends a bit on how many devices you manage, but in the MCO under Company Administration --> Managed Devices, you can see all Managed Devices: TeamViewer Management Console
