I cannot login because your error messages are not errors.

I am away from home out the country and cannot access my course work on my home computer. I have been able to login successfully previously, without any issues for 2 weeks now but since Sat I have not been able to access my home computer i have an error message that my internet at home is not connected etc., and it is and that it is not active and it is.

I tried to login to easy access and it is telling me that my email address and password is incorrect so I checked my profile info and it is using 2 emails addresses how can i correct these issues so I can get access.

To begin with, I'd like to ask 2 questions!

1. Do you have the possibility to ask someone to restart the TeamViewer service on your remote devices? Please also try this on your local device. - On Windows, completely close the remote TeamViewer including restarting the TeamViewer service. (Start --> run --> services.msc --> find TeamViewer and restart it)
2. Could you please confirm you have logged in with the TeamViewer account on the local device which is the same as the account assignment on your home device (for easy access settings)?

After checking the questions above and still facing the connection issue, would you please reply to this message with a screenshot of the error message? So that I may understand the situation and issue better!
