have a computer windows 10 & the drivers got uninstalled some how ? And cannot use touch screen neither and need to remote access it to install them again how would i go about that ? Please help !!!!! Thank you in advance !
The easiest is to connect via our Computers & Contacts list within your TeamViewer. I assume you saved the remote device in the list.
For this:
1.) Navigate to the Computer you want to connect to and
2.) double click o the computer name
👉 If Easy Access is enabled, you will connect automatically and if the permanent password is saved, it should automatically connect too (if you already had a connection in the past).
Regarding the other connection method (that´s not TeamViewer) I can´t give you any tips but it looks like you need to enter credentials to verify the access.
I’m pretty sure it should pop up when i try to connect i really don’t know witch route to take ? any suggestions of what the id would be ? If I try to connect from other computer just normal not with team viewer it then asks for “network credentials “ user name and password

Has TeamViewer been set up on the device with Easy access or a permanent password?
If yes, you should still be able to connect as far as I can tell.
Otherwise, you would have to start TeamViewer to see the dynamic password or click "Accept" for the incoming connection. And as far as I read your question, this is currently not possible, right?
