I am trying to print remotely but my printer will not print the document. I have clicked on acitvate team viewer printing. I select my printer to print to and the printer appears to receive the document but does not print it. I need help

May I ask you to check the setting on Printer 🖨 please?
When you are about to start Printing, is the Print To option or the Printer option greyed out?
If so, 👉 please go to TeamViewer - GearWheel ⚙ (Top right corner) - Advanced - Advanced network settings - default document format XPS - tick ✅, then try again for printing please.
Meanwhile, would you mind also checking the setups and trying the trouble shooting steps from the following knowledge articles 📖:

I know this is an old post, but I am having the same issue.
I was able to get the printer choice to light up and choose the printer, however… when I hit ok to send the job, the printer fires up and acts like it is going to print, I get a message from TV that the document has been sent and then it all stops and says there is a printer error.
I installed the local printer drivers on the remote machine and the printer works perfectly (It is a very new HP Laserjet network printer). I am a little stuck now and I really need it to work.
any help?
