how it is possible to get .msi package for quicksupport, we have to deploy it from MS Intune

That is strange...

I can confirm that TeamViewer never offered .msi for QuickSupport.

Maybe were you using TeamViewer Host?

Regarding .msi packages, only the TeamViewer full version or the TeamViewer Host are available.

We do not offer any .msi package for the QuickSupport.
